FAQs

How is the Diploma different from the Certificate?

The Certificate gives you foundations. The Diploma goes deeper. You’ll spend more time integrating skills, reflecting on patterns, and applying what you learn across different areas of life.

Is the Diploma more academic or still practical?

Still very practical. There’s more depth and reflection, but it’s not academic writing or exams. The focus stays on real-world application and personal growth.

How intensive is the Diploma compared to the Certificate?

It requires more reflection and consistency, but it’s still designed for people with full lives. Most students complete it alongside work and family commitments.

Are there assignments, and how demanding are they?

There are reflective activities and applied tasks, not traditional assessments. Think thoughtful reflection rather than essays or exams.

Do I need to complete the Certificate before enrolling?

Strongly recommended, but not mandatory. The Diploma builds on the foundations introduced in the Certificate, so most people get more out of it by starting there.

Is this recognised as a formal diploma outside BU Happiness College?

It’s a Diploma issued by BU Happiness College. It’s designed to build advanced happiness and wellbeing skills, not to provide direct credit toward university or vocational qualifications.

People who want more than surface-level change and are ready to be intentional about their happiness, habits, and inner life.
